Since 2018, the Marin Builders Association has helped train over 100 young adults for careers in the local construction industry through our North Bay Construction Corps (NBCC) and Education 2 Career (e2c) programs. We also partner to provide our local “Learn to Build” classes at Redwood and San Rafael High Schools. These self-funded programs train students in essential construction safety and skills. Our programs connect students with real job opportunities and help program graduates secure positions with local firms to advance their careers in construction. Additionally, as part of our Workforce Training and Scholarship initiatives the Marin Builders Association has awarded nearly one million dollars in scholarships to over 750 high school students since its inception in 1978. Your support of the Crab Fest event and this Fund-a Need is what provides these unique opportunities for our students, our local community, and our industry. Thank you for your consideration and support!
